Welcome, my name is Sarah! I am a 200hr certified Yoga teacher and Energy Healer in beautiful Bobcaygeon. Helping people develop a deeper connection with their body is my passion. When we work to heal through a mind-body-spirit connection , we form a better understanding of our body systems, and how they work together to keep us healthy & happy.
Yoga is for everyBODY, which is why I am so proud to provide a body positive, healing space for you to practice your love of yoga. From beginner to advanced yogis, there is a space for everyone.
~ I offer classes that focus on lengthening & strengthening the body, building endurance & core strength. breath work & meditation are key components of each class, helping us find the mind body connection.
~ monthly workshops geared towards self care, healing, and deepening your practice.
~ energy healing, tarot/oracle card readings, and acupressure sessions are available for an even deeper healing process.
~essential oil products, gem stones, beaded jewelry, etc available for sale at the studio & online.
~ available for talks/events focused on women, self care, body positivity, and how to find your soul path.
~45 minute sweaty core-based practice on an indoor paddle board!

4:30-5:30pm Gentle Hatha Yoga
January 15th-March19th (excluding Jan 29th & Feb 5th)
~ a gentle version of Tuesday night's Hatha class.
~gentle asanas and flows to stretch & strengthen the body, connect breath with movement, and release tension.
~great class for beginners, or those who are looking for a more gentle practice.
6-7pm Hatha Yoga
January 15th-March 19th (excluding Jan 29th & Feb 5th)
~ this intermediate level class focuses on breath awareness to engage the body through asanas and flows designed to strengthen the body and lengthen the muscles.
1-2pm Core Flow
February 6th-March March 27th
~ an hour of breath connection, core stability, and muscle engagement.
~ intermediate class where we will flow through various asanas to create heat in the core, increase strength & flexibility, and connect breath with the body.
10-11am Morning Flow
January 18th-March 15th (excluding Feb 1st)
~ wake up your muscles and get your blood flowing with this morning flow to start off your weekend!
