Welcome! My name is Sarah, and I am a 200hr certified Yoga teacher and Energy Healer at Everday Yoga studio in beautiful Bobcaygeon. πŸ’š Tired of trying to fit inside the box, I decided to venture out and follow my own path...which brought me to opening up my very own studio! 

Everyday Yoga is for everyBODY... a body positive, healing space to practice your love of yoga. From beginner to advanced yogis, there is a space for everyone. ✌🏼

~ I offer classes that focus on lengthening & strengthening the body, building endurance & core strength, breath work & meditation, and finding the mind body connection. 

~ monthly workshops geared towards self care and deepening your practice.

~ energy healing Reiki sessions.

Spring Schedule ~ starting March 2018


7-8pm Goddess Yoga

~ inside us all is an inner goddess who's been pushed down as we go about our daily routines...it's time to wake her up!

~ here we will learn how to breath into our Womb centre activating the body's healing system, calm our thoughts in mediation, and connect with our body through asanas and flows.

~ $120/8 weeks running March 19th - May 14th, or $17 to drop in.


6-7pm Hatha Yoga

~ this intermediate level class focuses on breath awareness to engage the body through asanas and flows designed to strengthen the body and lengthen the muscles.  

7:30-8:30 pm Beginners Yoga Session

~ new to yoga or reconnecting with your practice? This class is exactly right for you!

~ this 8 week Session will introduce you to the foundations of a yoga practice including asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditation. 

~ this is an all level friendly session, with a safe space to explore your practice!

$120/8 week session running March 22nd - May 10th  



9-10am Stretch & Flow (April & May)

~ start your weekend with a morning yoga wake up!

~ we'll gently wake up the body with a warm up, then move into heating flows and stretches to strengthen & lengthen the body, and then finish with a juicy meditation!

~ $17 drop ins or can purchase a pass.

I’ll be running TWO 45min chakra Balancing meditation sessions, with reiki touch.

I will only be taking 5 people per session, so pre-register is essential to ensure your space (no space will be held without payment as there are limited spaces).

5 week indoor SUP session running May 2nd- 30th  11:00-11:45am 

~ increase core strength

~ lengthen and strengthen muscles

~ full body muscle engagement

~ develop balance and stability

our breath is one of our greatest tools to heal our body, but it’s also one of the most under-utilized.

breathing deep into the body helps activate our healing centre, flooding the entire body with fresh oxygen, reducing anxiety, and leaving us feeling cleansed and refreshed. 

in this 3 part series we will delve into different breathing techniques that will stimulate the Vagus nerve, reducing stress on the body. also, breathing deep into our hara centre - or womb space - to activate our healing centre and form a deeper connection with our breath.

we will also learn different meditation techniques that allow us to find that mind~body connection. 

this is an ALL LEVEL friendly 3 part class. 

1st series is May 8/15/22

2nd series is June 5/12/19

$50 each series (3 classes) OR

$90 for both May and June
