From beginner to advanced yogis, there is something for everyone! Come in and see what class is right for you!
9:30-10:30 am Gentle Flow
~ in this 60 min class we will gently move the body to create space, build muscle, and connect the mind/body.
suitable for most levels.
11:00-11:45 am Indoor SUP
~ 45 min class to develop core strength and balance using indoor SUP. We focus on breath, core activation, and muscle engagement. * can only take 2 ppl per session, sign up early. *
5:45-6:30 pm Girl Power Yoga
~ this is a 6 week program geared to girls ages 9-14, running January 23rd - February 27th

6-7pm Hatha Yoga
~ this intermediate level class focuses on the breath awareness to engage the body through asanas and flows to strengthen the body and elongate muscles.
1-2pm Breath & Body
~ this one hour class will deepen your breath, ground the body, and release tension through breath work, meditation, gentle asanas and flows. * suitable for all levels *
6-7pm Reboot & Detox
~ 8 week session running from January 15th - March 5th, $120/ 8 weeks (register in advance as there are limited spaces).
~ this class will focus on detoxing the body through flows and asanas to get you sweating, and rebooting the mind through mediation and breath work....perfect post-holiday session!

December 14th 7-8pm
~ before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season begins, treat yourself to an hour of yoga, breath work, and meditation. Each person will leave that evening with a relaxation roller bottle mixed with lavender, chamomile and patchouli. 🌿
~ only 10 spaces available.
~ cost is $25, paid in advance in studio or by etransfer.
January 17th 6-7pm
~ open hips and happy feet are key to a healthy body. Join me for a one hour session to open and relax the hips, and work the feet and toes!
~ space is limited, $20/person
January 27th 2-4pm
~ backbends are heating and rejouvinating to the body.
~ learning how to activate the core to safely move the spine through backbends is key to a safe practice. In this workshop we will focus on the movements of the spine, and safely guide the body through a series of asanas and flows.
