Hi there! I'm a 200hr CYT in Hatha Yoga.

I'm very passionate about all things Yoga, and bring a fun and professional attitude to all my classes!

From beginner to advanced yogis, there is something for everyone!  Come in and see what class is right for you! 

Schedule *starting July 3rd*


2-3pm Movement & Meditation 

~ a breath and movement class, suitable for all levels. during the 60 mins, we will use our breath to focus and calm the mind, while gently moving the body for a full mind-body-soul experience .

6-7pm Hatha Yoga

~ in this class we will move through various asanas and flows designed to stretch and strengthen the body. 


6-7pm  Core Flow

~ core flow brings it all back to your centre. asanas and flows are designed to strengthen your core and focus on the breath. 

7:15-8pm Meditation 

~ group meditation to quiet the mind, and connect the body with the breath.

$10 drop in 


10-11am Stretch and Flow 

~ asanas, flows and breath to get you moving. suitable for most levels.

11:15-12 Fun Family Yoga 

~ this class is for family members of all ages! connect with your breath, move through strengthening and stretching poses, and most of all...HAVE FUN! 


~ Friday & Saturday available by request ~
