Hi there! I'm a 200hr CYT and Reiki Practitioner.
I'm very passionate about all things Yoga, and bring a fun and professional attitude to all my classes!
From beginner to advanced yogis, there is something for everyone! Come in and see what class is right for you!
2-3pm Breath Work & Gentle Mvmt
~ a breath and movement class, suitable for all levels. during the 60 mins, we will use our breath to focus and calm the mind, while gently moving the body for a full mind-body-soul experience .
6-7pm Hatha Yoga *CLASS FULL*
~ in this class we will move through various asanas and flows designed to stretch and strengthen the body.
10-11am Gentle Hatha
~ a stretching and strengthening class designed to be gentle on the body, while building up strength and stamina.
6-7pm Core Strength & Balance
~ breath and movement class designed to increase core strength and improve balance.

belly, or womb breathing, brings us home to our centre.
this one hour class will deepen your breath, ground the body, and release tension through breath work, meditation, gentle asanas and flows. 💚
