keeping the core strong is essential to any yoga practice, as each asana stems from the core of our being.
we'll do a gentle warm up, then flow through various asanas to activate the core and get the blood pumping!
combining slow & steady movement with the breath, and then relax with a meditation to calm the mind and relax the body.

women are healers. when we come together, to talk, laugh, share, breathe...we help to heal the world.
this months healing circle is all about welcoming Litha, the summer solstice.
we'll start the circle by welcoming the sun with a few rounds of sun salutations, followed by breath work to energize and heal the body.
then we'll sit together, drink tea, eat a treat, and craft some Litha mojo bags you can keep with you for the coming season.
